Advantage

Our flatbed semi-trailers use international steel. It is light in weight and can carry anti-deformation, anti-vibration, anti-turbulence, and meet the needs of various street carrying capacity.

Flatbed trailers are designed for lintel construction and the longitudinal beams are flat. The longitudinal beam adopts automatic submerged arc welding pass, and the frame beam adopts shot blasting remedy.

Precautions for flatbed semi-trailer

1. First, look at the tire, visually check whether there is insufficient air and debris adhesion, and then check whether the steel rim is deformed, cracked, etc.

2. Then check the tightness of the tire screws and check whether each screw is tightened one by one.

3. Look at the suspension system and see how tight all the nuts, bolts and U-bolts are, which is related to tire wear.

4. Shake the outrigger to make sure it is normal. The outrigger needs to be shaken up and down several times, and then check the welded joint for cracks.

5. Feel the wear of the moving parts, touch the hinges, hooks, stakes, locks and other small parts of the container board to see if there are any cracks.

6. Check all lights and anti-cursor stickers, turn on the lights, and see if there are any broken lights.

7. Test whether the brake works normally.
